General Warranty Terms

Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd
All products purchased through Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty, with additional support and service available through our dedicated aftercare team.

1. Warranty Coverage

Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd warrants that all equipment supplied will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, for the following periods from the date of delivery or installation (whichever is later):
– Saunas & Steam Rooms: 2-year structural warranty, 1-year electrical components warranty
– Ice Baths & Contrast Therapy Baths: 2-year warranty on basin structure, 1-year on chiller/heater units
– Cryotherapy Chambers (Electric & Nitrogen-Based): 1-year parts and labour warranty
– Red Light Therapy Equipment: 1-year full warranty
–Accessories & Controllers: 1-year warranty
Extended warranty options may be available on request.

2. Conditions of Warranty

This warranty applies only where:
– The product has been installed, commissioned, and operated in full accordance with Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd’s guidelines and manufacturer instructions
– All relevant electrical, plumbing, and structural works have been carried out by qualified and certified professionals
– The product has not been subject to misuse, physical damage, water ingress, or alterations without approval
– The environment in which the product is placed meets the required installation and ventilation standards

3. DYI Installation Disclaimer

Where a customer chooses to undertake self-installation (DIY) or use a non-accredited third-party installer, the following terms apply:
– The warranty may be limited tostructural components only
– Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd is not liable for faults arising from improper installation, incorrect electrical or plumbing connections, poor ventilation, or failure to meet regulatory standards
– Technical support may be limited, and any required on-site diagnostics or repairs will be chargeable
– Any deviation from approved installation guidelines may void the product warranty in full or in part
We strongly recommend using Ember and Ice’s approved installers or a qualified tradesperson familiar with wellness equipment installation.

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not include:
– Cosmetic wear and tear or minor visual imperfections
– Consumables such as filters, light bulbs, fuses, or seals
– Damage caused by power surges, flood, freezing, or user error
– Travel or labour costs after the first 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing
– Equipment relocated or altered without prior written consent

5. How to Make a Claim

6. Limitation of Liability

Ember and Ice Wellness Ltd’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components covered under warranty. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of earnings, inconvenience, or additional works required.
