FAQs
It uses red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural recovery. The light reaches the skin and tissue beneath, where it’s understood to support cell function, which is why people use it for recovery, skin, and general wellbeing. You simply lie in the bed for the session.
Each wavelength works at a different depth. Red, around 660 nm, is associated with skin and circulation; near-infrared, around 850 nm, reaches deeper into muscle and joints; longer wavelengths target deeper tissue still. Our beds combine them for full-spectrum coverage.
Most sessions run around 10 to 20 minutes. It’s a cumulative treatment, so regular use tends to give the best results, many people use it several times a week. We’ll go through a session protocol on handover.
Yes. Every bed is CE certified, low-EMF, and flicker-free, and runs without UV. It’s non-invasive and there’s no downtime. We provide safety guidance and eye protection, and recommend following the session protocols supplied.

Yes. Every bed comes with UK delivery and installation, on-site or virtual training, and a two-year warranty with UK-based aftercare. We handle the site survey and electrical check first so it’s ready to use the day we leave.
