Products & Installation

A compact infrared cabin starts at roughly 1.2 × 1.2 m, while a two-to-three-person traditional or hybrid model typically needs 1.6 × 2 m plus 300 mm of clearance for ventilation and servicing.

Yes. All plunge models are fully weather-proof, UV-stable and rated to -5 °C. We simply require a level base, a 13-amp spur and drainage within 1.5 m.

No. A standard 230 V socket is sufficient; each panel draws less than a domestic kettle. For multi-panel walls, we recommend a dedicated circuit.

Absolutely. Our design team regularly combines sauna, plunge and light-therapy zones with a unified control system and matching finishes for a seamless aesthetic.

Health, Safety & Science

Infrared works best between 45 – 60 °C, while a traditional or wood-burning sauna is typically enjoyed at 80 – 95 °C with optional steam bursts for humidity.

Cold immersion places extra demand on the cardiovascular system. Clients with heart issues or high blood pressure should seek medical advice before use.

No. Our LEDs emit narrow-band 660 nm (red) and 850 nm (near-infrared) light only, free from UV, so there’s no risk of sun-type skin damage.

Research suggests 3-4 contrast cycles, three times a week, deliver measurable gains in circulation, recovery and mood without over-stressing the body.

Ordering, Delivery & After-care

Stock items (e.g. Chill Tub Pro) ship in 7–10 days. Bespoke saunas and modular builds are delivered 8–12 weeks from final sign-off.

Yes. Our white-glove teams cover the UK mainland and Northern Ireland; overseas projects are handled case-by-case.

Saunas: 5 years structure / 2 years electrics. Plunge baths: 2-year parts and labour. Light-therapy panels: 3 years. Extended plans are available.

Each unit uses a UV-C lamp and two-stage filtration. Replace filters quarterly, add a weekly sanitiser tablet and drain/refill every 8-12 weeks for optimum clarity.
