What is HBOT?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy increases oxygen availability by placing the body in a pressurised chamber while breathing concentrated oxygen. At higher than normal pressure the oxygen dissolves into plasma, lymph and cerebrospinal fluid, reaching areas where circulation is limited. Sessions are calm and comfortable, typically 60–90 minutes.
