Most indoor saunas require a single-phase 230 V supply, with the exact amperage depending on size and heater type. Compact 2–4 person saunas usually need 16–25 amps, while larger or commercial models may require more. Wood-fired models need no electrical supply other than for optional lighting or accessories.
