How we do it
1. Brief and Discovery
Every project starts with a conversation, not a quote. We listen to what the space needs to do, understand the constraints, and define the brief properly before any specification work begins.
2. Design and Specification
We design the space and specify every product within it, from thermal range to lighting, finish materials, and installation detail. Drawings, schedules, and supplier coordination are handled in-house.
3. Delivery and Aftercare
Two routes: full installation managed on site by our team, or supply-only for clients who’d rather install themselves. Servicing, refinement, and ongoing advice are part of either route, not extras priced separately.
