They use air to inflate a series of chambers in sequence, applying rhythmic pressure that moves up the legs from the foot. Many people use them to support recovery after training and to help their legs feel fresh.
Boots 1 are Single Control: one controller runs both boots, linked by a cable. Boots 2 are Dual Control: each boot has its own controller with no cable between them, plus Bluetooth app control. Both are rechargeable, so you can use them anywhere.
Most people start with around 20 to 30 minutes and adjust to what feels right.
