    Common Questions

Most outdoor saunas count as permitted development, much like a garden studio, so planning permission usually isn’t needed. Larger cabins, conservation areas or listed buildings may need approval, so it’s worth checking with your local authority before you order.

Our range runs from compact two-person pods to spacious family cabins, with several models available in two sizes. As a guide, the Mira S suits up to two people and the Mira L up to four, and compact models like Arti and Garda are designed for smaller gardens, terraces and courtyards. Tell us your space and we’ll recommend the right fit.

A solid, level, well-drained base. We recommend a reinforced concrete slab, paving or a ventilated timber deck, this keeps the cabin stable and protects its insulation performance over time.

It depends on the size and heater. Smaller saunas (2 to 4 person) usually need a single-phase 230V supply, typically 16 to 25 amps; larger saunas often need three-phase 400V. We confirm the exact requirement with every quote so your electrician can prepare the right supply.

They’re built for year-round UK use. Thermally treated timber, insulated wall panels and weatherproof cladding keep them performing through every season, with only simple upkeep such as oiling the exterior and sealing the glass joints.

Pricing depends on the model, size and specification, from compact essentials to fully bespoke designer builds. Send an enquiry with your preferred model and space, and we’ll come back with a tailored quote within one working day, no obligation.
